They even provided oxygen to help with the altitude, which was a lifesaver! Just a heads up, there was a bit of noise from staff at night, but they quickly addressed it and upgraded us for free! Overall, really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of the room.

We were treated like royalty when the staff surprised us with an Italian opera dinner for my husband's birthday! Each morning, I indulged in a delicious bowl of beef broth that tasted like it was made just for me.

It wasn't inexpensive but honestly, worth every penny.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve its pet policy to allow more flexibility for families traveling with pets.
